House Program

House Level Program

Our House Level Spring Program is designed for players looking to continue their development in a fun, structured, and competitive environment without the intensity of full travel commitments. Running from May through June, this program is ideal for players of all skill levels who are looking to grow their game with professional coaching and high-quality training.

Players will participate in 1–2 skates per week, focusing on core skills, game awareness, and team play. The program includes a mix of skill-based practices and small area games, designed to promote creativity, confidence, and hockey IQ.

For the house-level program, our on-ice sessions are designed to develop foundational skills, build hockey IQ, and promote a fun, competitive environment. The key focuses for our sessions include:

  1. Skating Development: Emphasis on stride efficiency, edge work, balance, and agility to create confident and mobile players.
  2. Puck Skills: Repetition-based drills to enhance stickhandling, passing, and shooting, with a focus on proper technique and game application.
  3. Game Awareness: Small area games and situational drills to teach positioning, decision-making, and support play—helping players “think the game.”
  4. Team Concepts: Introducing offensive and defensive zone responsibilities, line changes, and communication to build structured play.
  5. Positional Flexibility: Encouraging players to try different positions to build well-rounded knowledge and versatility.
  6. Confidence & Fun: Creating an upbeat environment where players are challenged, supported, and encouraged to love the game.

Each session is carefully planned to strike the right balance between learning and enjoyment while meeting players where they are in their development journey.
